5 Bonuses and Promotions

For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the Player must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

7 Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333bm's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 Service Availability

333bm aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond 333bm's reasonable control. 333bm accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

10.2 Third-Party Content

333bm is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or performance of games supplied by third-party Game Providers. Any malfunction in a third-party game that materially affects a game result will be handled in accordance with Section 6.3 (Disconnection and Technical Failures) of these Terms.

10.3 Player Decisions

All betting and gaming decisions made by a Player on the 333bm platform are made at the Player's own risk. 333bm accepts no liability for losses incurred through the Player's own gambling decisions, strategies, or errors of judgement. Gambling involves risk, and Players should never wager more than they can afford to lose.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by 333bm

333bm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest conduct; the Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or the Player has become subject to a self-exclusion order that the Platform is required to honour.

11.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request closure of their 333bm account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure — whether initiated by 333bm or by the Player — all access to the platform will be revoked. Any sections of these Terms that are intended to survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, and 10) will remain in full force and effect after account closure.

By continuing to use the 333bm platform after a revised version of the Terms has been published, you confirm your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
